Damaged Products or Missing Parts

If your order arrives damaged or with missing components, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will arrange one of the following at no additional cost:

  • Replacement of the damaged product
  • Shipment of the missing parts

Replacement items or parts are typically processed and shipped within 10 business days.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Returns within the 30-day period are completely free of charge.

  • Our team will provide you with a return shipping label along with return instructions.
  • Products do not need to be returned in their original packaging or original condition to qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
