BlindMaster is designed to fit most standard window styles, but there are some important considerations. It won’t fit windows that are not square, and installation requires at least 1.18 inches of unobstructed recess space. If your window doesn’t meet these requirements, Guard may not be suitable.

Can BlindMaster be installed on sliding doors or other non-standard openings?
Yes, BlindMaster can be installed on sliding doors, providing excellent light control and privacy. Before ordering, please make sure your sliding door meets the following requirements:
- Size: The door must be no wider than 138 inches and no taller than 78 inches.
- Obstructions: There should be no obstacles that could hinder the movement of the blinds.
- Bottom Frames: Note that the bottom frame may present a tripping hazard.
- Sealing: Your sliding door should close completely to ensure effective light blocking and privacy.
- Recess: A minimum recess depth of 1.18 inches is necessary for proper installation.

What is your return policy?
At BlindMaster, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience. Here’s how it works:
Damaged or Missing Parts
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll produce and ship a replacement or send missing parts within 10 business days at no cost to you.
30-Day Return Policy
You can return your product within 30 days of receipt.
- Free returns are available within this period.
- To start a return, email our support team at Support@theblindMaster.com. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the transaction.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, contact our customer support team at Support@theblindMaster.com within 30 days of receiving your product. We’ll send you a return label and detailed instructions for returning the item. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange according to your preference.
How does the warranty work?
BlindMaster comes with a two-year warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship resulting from manufacturing errors. If a defect is found within two years, we will either repair the product or replace the defective parts at no cost to you.
Please note, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized alterations, or unintended use. It also excludes damage from external factors such as heat, solvents, or physical impact.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not limit your statutory rights and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. BlindMaster is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to use of the product.
