BlindMaster is designed to fit most standard window styles, but there are some important considerations. It won’t fit windows that are not square, and installation requires at least 1.18 inches of unobstructed recess space. If your window doesn’t meet these requirements, Guard may not be suitable.

BlindMaster is easy to maintain. Its non-woven polyester fabric resists dust and stains, so you only need to wipe it occasionally with a damp cloth—no special cleaners or treatments needed.
Yes, BlindMaster’s cordless design removes the risk of cord-related accidents. Safety research shows that cordless blinds greatly minimize entanglement hazards, making them especially safe for families with young children and pets.
At this time, BlindMaster is only available with manual operation. However, a motorized and smart home-compatible version is planned for future release.

Yes, BlindMaster can be installed on sliding doors, providing excellent light control and privacy. Before ordering, please make sure your sliding door meets the following requirements:

  • Size: The door must be no wider than 138 inches and no taller than 78 inches.
  • Obstructions: There should be no obstacles that could hinder the movement of the blinds.
  • Bottom Frames: Note that the bottom frame may present a tripping hazard.
  • Sealing: Your sliding door should close completely to ensure effective light blocking and privacy.
  • Recess: A minimum recess depth of 1.18 inches is necessary for proper installation.
The interior side of BlindMaster matches your selected fabric color, while the exterior is always Quartz to maximize light reflection. For example, if you choose Graphite, the inside will be Graphite, but the outside will remain Quartz. This approach creates a consistent, light-reflective appearance from the outside.
We offer four color choices—Graphite, Quartz—for both the frame and fabric. You can create a coordinated look by matching colors or opt for a contrasting combination. No matter which you choose, every option delivers complete blackout.
BlindMaster reduces external noise, helping to create a quieter environment, but it does not provide total soundproofing.

Measuring

For the best fit, refer to our Measuring Guide and follow the instructions carefully. Taking accurate and precise measurements is essential—incorrect measurements may cause the blinds not to fit your windows properly.

No, simply provide the exact measurements of your window. We’ll handle all necessary deductions to ensure a perfect fit—there’s no need for you to make any adjustments.
For the best fit, measure as precisely as possible. If you’re unsure, round down to the nearest 1/16″. This will help ensure your blinds fit properly.
If you think you may have measured incorrectly, reach out to our customer service team right away. If your blinds haven’t been manufactured yet, we may be able to help correct your order.

Installation

Simply follow the step-by-step instructions provided in our Installation Guide for an easy and successful installation.

No additional tools are required. Your blinds come with all the necessary assembly parts and tools included for installation.
BlindMaster can be installed on skylights as long as the window is not out of square by more than 1.5 inches in width or height, and there is at least 1.18 inches of unobstructed recess space for installation. If your skylight or window doesn’t meet these requirements, BlindMaster may not be suitable. For skylights installed in drywall without a supporting structure, drywall anchors will be necessary for proper support.
BlindMaster can be mounted on almost any surface, such as wood, drywall, plaster, or brick, using the included weather strip. No screws or wall anchors are required.
Typically, one person can install BlindMaster on their own. However, for larger blinds, having an extra person can make the installation process easier and help ensure everything is properly aligned.

Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders within the USA.
Your Guard will typically be manufactured within 2–3 weeks before it is shipped.
Shipping within the USA typically takes 5–8 business days.
We offer worldwide shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received this confirmation and believe your order should have shipped, please contact us at Support@theblindMaster.com and include your order number for faster assistance.
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number—be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If you still can’t locate your tracking information, contact us at Support@theblindMaster.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
No, we’re unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

Warranty & Returns

At BlindMaster, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience. Here’s how it works:

Damaged or Missing Parts
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll produce and ship a replacement or send missing parts within 10 business days at no cost to you.

30-Day Return Policy
You can return your product within 30 days of receipt.

  • Free returns are available within this period.
  • To start a return, email our support team at Support@theblindMaster.com. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the transaction.

To start a return, contact our customer support team at Support@theblindMaster.com within 30 days of receiving your product. We’ll send you a return label and detailed instructions for returning the item. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange according to your preference.

BlindMaster comes with a two-year warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship resulting from manufacturing errors. If a defect is found within two years, we will either repair the product or replace the defective parts at no cost to you.

Please note, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized alterations, or unintended use. It also excludes damage from external factors such as heat, solvents, or physical impact.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not limit your statutory rights and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. BlindMaster is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to use of the product.
