GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through BlindMaster.com.
- These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the purchase and sale of products available on BlindMaster.com.
- These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller and define the rights, obligations, payment conditions, delivery procedures, returns, liabilities, and other provisions related to purchasing products from BlindMaster.com.
- Business customers may use the purchased products solely for their intended business purposes. Products manufactured by BlindMaster may not be resold, modified, incorporated into other products, or distributed to third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Seller.
DEFINITIONS
- For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
5.1. Seller – MB “Gisko”, registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania under legal entity code 307015673, with its registered office located at V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact email: Support@theblindMaster.com.
5.2. Buyer – any individual or legal entity purchasing products manufactured or sold by the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”).
5.3. Contract – the agreement for the sale and purchase of Products concluded between the Buyer and the Seller once the order is placed. The applicable Terms & Conditions are those valid at the time the order is submitted.
5.4. Parties – collectively refers to the Buyer and the Seller.
5.5. Order – the process of adding Products to the shopping cart and completing the purchase procedure.
5.6. Consumer – a natural person purchasing products for personal use outside of business, trade, or professional purposes.
5.7. Entrepreneur – a natural or legal person acting within the scope of their commercial, business, or professional activities.
CONTRACT FORMATION AND ORDER PROCESS
- Product images displayed on BlindMaster.com are for illustrative purposes only. All blinds and related products are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the Buyer.
- By displaying products in the online store, BlindMaster invites customers to place orders for custom manufacturing and purchase. Products may be added to the shopping cart without obligation, and the Buyer may review or modify the order before completing the checkout process. If products remain in the shopping cart without completing payment, BlindMaster may send a reminder regarding the incomplete purchase.
- The sales contract is considered concluded when the Buyer:
- adds Products to the shopping cart;
- clicks the “Checkout” button;
- provides delivery information;
- selects a payment method;
- confirms payment by clicking “Pay Now”; and
- successfully completes payment for the Products.
An order confirmation email will be sent immediately after the order has been placed.
CONTRACT LANGUAGE, TERMS, AND RECORD STORAGE
- Before placing an order, the Buyer must read and accept these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy. Orders cannot be completed without accepting these documents.
- The Buyer is required to provide accurate personal information necessary for order processing. Personal data is processed in accordance with the BlindMaster Privacy Policy.
- The sales contract becomes effective once payment has been completed. Confirmation of the order will be sent to the Buyer via email.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from the contract shall be resolved under Lithuanian law. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Product usage instructions and additional product information may be provided electronically via email or included with the delivered Products.
DELIVERY TERMS
- BlindMaster delivers Products exclusively through courier and parcel delivery services. Self-collection is not available.
- The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon delivery of the Products to the Buyer.
- If the Buyer fails to collect or accept delivery of the Products within the specified period, BlindMaster may contact the Buyer to arrange an alternative delivery solution. If delivery repeatedly fails due to the Buyer’s actions or inaction, the order may be cancelled, and the Buyer will be refunded the paid amount minus delivery costs and applicable bank transfer fees.
PAYMENT METHODS
- BlindMaster accepts the following payment methods:
17.1 Credit Card
Customers may pay securely using a credit or debit card during checkout. The card is charged immediately once the order is confirmed.
17.2 PayPal
Payments may also be made through PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. Customers must have a valid PayPal account and confirm payment authorization during checkout. Additional payment options offered by PayPal may be subject to PayPal’s own terms and conditions.
17.3 Apple Pay
Customers using Apple devices and the Safari browser may complete payments through Apple Pay provided by Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA. Payment authorization is processed immediately after the order is placed.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
- Upon delivery, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting the packaging and Products for visible damage. If the Buyer fails to inspect the Products at delivery, BlindMaster may reject later claims regarding visible transport-related damage.
- If the Products arrive visibly damaged during transport, the Buyer must immediately notify the courier and contact BlindMaster customer support without delay.
WARRANTY AND PRODUCT QUALITY
- Liability for defective Products is governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
- BlindMaster provides warranties for certain Products where applicable. Warranty periods and conditions are specified in the Warranty Policy or provided with the invoice or accompanying documentation.
- Any warranty provided by BlindMaster does not limit or affect the Buyer’s statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

LIABILITY
- Any matters not specifically covered by these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
- BlindMaster’s liability is determined in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable consumer protection legislation.
- If the Buyer receives Products that do not meet quality standards, the Buyer has the rights established under Article 6.364(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, including the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, contract termination, or other remedies provided by law.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Buyers who believe their rights have been violated may submit a written complaint to BlindMaster by email at Support@theblindMaster.com. BlindMaster will respond within 14 calendar days of receiving the complaint.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, Consumers may обратиться to consumer protection authorities or courts. Complaints may be submitted to:
