Bought this to keep at work. Love them.
Relaxing! I think it can takes days or weeks to have the full benefit, but i think it helps my anxiety lessen before sleep. It automatically shuts off after some time, so don’t be afraid to fall asleep holding it. It’s a little bright, but i put my hand under a blanket or pillow and it’s dark again.
It’s very good i feel asleep just for holding it for 2 minutes
